Our Shipping Services
Prices Plus uses a combination of highly automated and modern shipping systems to ensure efficient and reliable delivery across Australia.
- Small to medium items are dispatched via Australia Post
- Larger or bulky items are shipped using courier services accessed through the Starshipit platform, which may include CouriersPlease, Aramex (Fastway), Sendle, and Direct Freight Express
Once your order has been collected by the relevant carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery until it arrives.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with approximately 95% of orders dispatched within one business day after full payment is received (excluding public holidays and peak sale periods).
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Standard shipping rates for smaller parcels generally range between $9.99 and $24.99
- Larger, bulky, or multi-carton orders may incur higher shipping costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional, remote, or interstate deliveries.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your delivery address, carrier availability, and whether the destination is metropolitan or regional. The following are estimated transit times once your order has been dispatched:
- Queensland (QLD): 1–6 business days
- New South Wales (NSW): 1–7 business days
- Victoria (VIC): 2–7 business days
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT): 2–7 business days
- South Australia (SA): 3–8 business days
- Tasmania (TAS): 4–10 business days
- Western Australia (WA): 5–12 business days
- Northern Territory (NT): 6–14 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, or peak trading periods.
3. Delivery Addresses
Orders must be delivered to a valid residential or business street address.
Due to the size and nature of many of our products, Prices Plus does not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout. Prices Plus cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
4. Authority to Leave & Delivery Responsibility
If you choose to provide authority to leave your order unattended, Prices Plus accepts no responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
If a signature is required and no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may:
- Leave a calling card
- Redirect the parcel to a local depot or collection point
- Attempt redelivery at a later date
5. Shipping Costs on Sales, Promotions, and Discounts
Unless expressly stated otherwise, sale prices, promotions, and percentage discounts do not include shipping costs. All applicable delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to meet stated dispatch and delivery timeframes, Prices Plus is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Industrial action
- Public holidays or peak sale periods
