How to Exchange, Repair or Return an Item Under Warranty
If you believe an item purchased from Prices Plus is faulty and requires an exchange, repair, or return under warranty, you may lodge a warranty claim either in store or online, depending on how the item was purchased.
- In-store purchases: Please return the product to any Prices Plus store along with proof of purchase (your tax invoice or purchase receipt).
- Online purchases: Please contact our customer service team via our website or by the contact details provided on your order confirmation. You will be required to provide your order number and details of the fault. Where required, we will provide instructions for returning the item for assessment.
Once we receive the item, it will be assessed. If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Assessment and Timeframes
All warranty claims are subject to assessment. Assessment timeframes may vary depending on the product and whether the item needs to be inspected by a manufacturer or supplier. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Manufacturer and Supplier Support
Some products sold by Prices Plus are covered by a manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. In these cases, warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or supplier in accordance with the warranty information provided with the product or on the product listing. Where applicable, Prices Plus can assist by directing you to the correct warranty process.
