Warranty and Repair Policy
To exchange, repair or return an item under warranty, simply return the product to a Prices Plus store along with proof of purchase (your tax invoice or purchase receipt). Once we receive your item, we will assess it and, once approved, allow the exchange or repair under warranty.
Statutory conditions and warranties apply. Nothing in our Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those statutory conditions and warranties.
